Return and refund

To fully satisfy you, we have implemented a simple and effective return policy.

4 OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO YOU

YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR ORDER

We process orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send us a cancellation or modification email to: contact@mon-petit-ange.fr



YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER

Our average delivery times are 7 to 15 working days .
If you don't receive your item within 60 days so we will refund you in full .

But refunds will not be accepted for the following cases:

  • If the package was not delivered because you provided a wrong address, or an incomplete address
  • If the package has not been delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (Natural disaster, snowfall, package blocked at customs)
  • If the tracking says "Delivered" but you say you haven't received anything.
  • If the parcel is returned to us because you have indicated a wrong address, or because the postman has not left a delivery notice (you will have to file a complaint with the postal service of your country. La Poste for France, BPost for Belgium etc...)
  • Other exceptional circumstances that are beyond the control of mon-petit-ange.fr

YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ITEM BUT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED

You can return to us your item up to 14 days after you receive it or up to 60 days after your payment.
Please note that after this period , the products are no longer refundable .


Here's how to do it in 3 steps :

  1. Contact support at contact@mon-petit-ange.fr to let you know that you are going to make a return.
  2. Print and complete the return form (downloadable file)
  3. Send your article along with the form to the address that we will communicate to you by email.

After receiving the item, we will refund the total amount of your purchase (product cost) in the form of a voucher (if you want another form of refund, please let us know).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DAMAGED PRODUCT


It happens that your package is shaken in all directions during delivery and therefore that your product arrives broken... (This is extremely rare)

In this case or in the case of a design defect contact us at contact@mon-petit-ange.fr with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. The description of the problem (erroneous / defective item, ...)
  3. A photo or video

You will not need to return the product and we will refund the amount of your order directly to you in the form of a purchase voucher (if you wish another form of refund, please let us know)
